Spin Out of Control! Take your static moves to the next level with spinning pole. Learn how to build momentum and control movement to create beautiful portraits in motion. This is an intermediate to advanced class. You must have prior pole experience. Class limited.

Pole Dancing is an extreme sport and setbacks happen to the best of us. Learn how to prevent and relieve the most common pole injuries in a 90 minute workshop with Certified Personal Trainer, Competitive Pole Dancer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist Natalie Carey.

Strengthen and Relieve your Rotator Cuff, Wrists, Back, Hamstrings, and other high risk areas.Spot and Stop an Injury before it stops you!
Use bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment to support your pole dance training. Every dancer at every level can benefit from these techniques. Register online under workshops.
