If you start pole dancing there is almost a 100% chance you are going to get bruised! Either from hitting the pole too hard, or trying to squeeze the pole for dear life! As time goes on your technique will improve so as not to bruise so easily, but regardless it happens to the best of us.

Watercress is a superhero food! Loaded with vitamin K and vitamin C. Watercress is great in salads and also it makes a great soup! Full of nutrition.
