Aerial Silks is a beautiful and ethereal art form made famous by Cirque du Soleil. Like pole, silks are a challenging “vertical” workout that will tone, tighten and recruit every muscle in your body. You will lean to defy gravity as you climb, flip, wrap and drop in these gorgeous silk ribbons. Come learn the basics of Aerial Silks. Start with climbing, foot locks and getting comfortable hanging with the fabric. Class includes conditioning ground work to build strength in your core and upper body.

What to wear? Wear long tight fitting leggings and a tight top. Loose fitted attire not recommended. Please remove rings and bracelets. No body lotion.

Lyra/Aerial hoop is a circular steel apparatus rigged from the ceiling, giving you the opportunity to execute tricks, spins, swings and balancing. You will learn mounting/dismounting techniques and the hoop will provide the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, moves, transitions and routines. Lyra classes are great for building strength, increasing flexibility and stamina while Twirling above the round. Each week learn new moves, challenging combos and mini-routine.
