Learn how to combine strength and body awareness to make beautiful shapes whilst twirling above the ground.

In these classes we learn new moves each week, condition our bodies to tackle more challenging combos and learn mini-routines!

What to wear? Tights are recommended to protect your legs.   No jewelry please.
