Pole Combo’s Intermediate/Advanced
Saturday 10am to 11:15am
Tricks are just tricks unless you can connect them! Get ready to take your strength-based pole drills to the next level. We will be doing different variations of climbing, inversion, and other strength exercises on and up the pole. This class will also prepare students for executing combinations of tricks in succession before coming back down to the floor. You will learn to integrate all the aspects of pole: dance, transitions, floor work, and tricks. Learn intermediate and advanced tricks, or how to prepare your body to get there, and end with a free dance. Drop-ins are welcome!
