Get to the next level with a Total Twirl Workout. This 3-part class focuses on Strength and Flexibility training to get those muscles into gear for higher level tricks, a Pole Technique and Sequence section to develop and update your skill set as a pole fitness and arts practitioner, and a Dream Tricks session wherein you set 2 goal tricks to focus on for the month that features your individual strengths.
