Triple T’s Pole Class – Intro/Beginners

Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:45pm
START HERE if you have never taken a pole class before or if you are a beginner! This class is a safe haven for the pole newbie and is also an excellent class for any student that wants to brush up on and get more solid in the foundational aspects of pole dance. In this class, students will learn spins, transitions, poses, and floor-work. Students will learn proper body alignment, pole grips and pole safety tips to help you not only have fun, but to be healthy and safe. This class you will focus on important foundational pole skills. Focus on beginner combination moves. Learn proper technique for tricks, twirls, and transition. Hence Triple T’s
What to wear: Wear shorts, or lose fitted pants you can roll up above your knees. Cloth will cause you to slip on the pole. Wear a workout shirt. Please remove rings and hand jewelry. Please do not apply any type of body lotion the day of your class.
