Similar to the Barre method utilizing a vertical bar instead of the traditional horizontal bar. This is a full body-toning, high-energy strength and cardio exercise class that combines dance-inspired vertical bar work and light weights. You will tone your entire body and also work on your flexibility. This class feels like a dance class while simultaneously working all your muscles. The class consists of a workout that combines the principles and lightness of ballet with the benefits of fitness. It is a low-impact class, working flexibility, mobility and toning with body weight. A class to make you feel graceful, strong, balanced and stretched. This is an open level class, anyone can participate and everyone will benefit from the class as you work at you own pace. Please bring water and a towel and a mat if you have one.
