Pole Tricks and Flexibility Stretch Class  (2 part-class)

Sunday 10am


This is a 2 part class. Half the class you will focus on flexibility and safe techniques to enhance your flexibility. Our program consists of beginner to advanced flexibility training using active and passive stretches. Work on full body stretches and strengthening. This class is for people who want to enhance their flexibility and take their aerial journey to the next level.

Second half of the class you get to pick a trick you want to focus on. If you are new to class you will be instructed on very basic pole moves. This class does not focus on dance.
