Flexibility Stretch Class


Focus on flexibility and safe stretching techniques to enhance your flexibility. Our program consists of beginner to advanced flexibility training using active and passive stretches. Work on full body stretches and strengthening. This class is for people who want to enhance their flexibility and take their aerial journey to the next level.
