Bel is the original and owner of Twirly Girl Pole Fitness. Her supportive, fun teaching style has empowered hundreds of clients to get fit and boost their confidence. Being in the fitness industry most of her life, she has made an effort to stay on the forefront of fitness. It was easy to gravitate towards Pole Fitness and finding not only an amazing workout, but a way to express your self in either dance, or tricks. Bel is also known as Mama Bel to her students bringing together a community of friends and a sense of family. Bel has been teaching women and men pole techniques since 2006, being the first Pole Studio to open in the East Bay.
Bel is NASM Certified (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Crossfit Level 1 Certified, TRX Certified, XPert Pole Certified, Fly GYM Certified, AFAA Group Exercise and AFAA Cycle Instructor. She is a former competitive bodybuilder.
