Ginger has been athletic all her life. Taking every class the gym had to offer she systematically found what worked for her body and what did not. Gravitating to modalities that offered any kind of strong fluid graceful movement. She studied yoga, Pilates and Barr type fitness. Her love of Anatomy and physiology came in handy when studying for her Pilates certification. It is this love of the human body and how it moves that allows Ginger to clearly articulate instruction when leading a class. Her newest Love “Pole Dance” lead her to an aerial fitness system “FlyGym” that incorporates all of her favorite modalities and takes them up off the ground for a unique fitness experience.
