Intermediate Pole Classes
Are you amazed by pole dancers that seem to defy gravity on the pole? Do you feel like those tricks are out of your reach? You’ve already taken your beginner pole classes and now you’re ready to take the next step. This class breaks down how those awe-inspiring basic pole tricks are done! This class is geared toward gaining strength and comfort for harder pole tricks.
Basic tricks include: climbs, pole sits, basic inversion preps (i.e., preparation for going upside down), basic leg hangs. Each month we combine our 3 Triple T’s Elements (Tricks, Twirls and Transitions) for a super-fun, mini dance routine using the moves we’ve learned. All moves are modified so there is something for everyone!
Level: Easy Intermediate
Must go through a intro/beginner class prior to taking this class.
What to wear: Wear shorts, or lose fitted pants you can roll up above your knees. Cloth will cause you to slip on the pole. Wear a workout shirt. Please remove rings and hand jewelry. Please do not apply any type of body lotion the day of your class.
